8+ years building operations behind fast-moving teams

You are probably juggling strategy, sales, product, and a dozen other things that only you can do. But somewhere between the growth goals and the actual work, things fall through the cracks. That is where I come in.


I started my career in operations at Maramoja Transport, Nairobi's first ride-hailing company before Uber arrived. From there I moved into fully remote environments, supporting RocketShip HQ, a US-based mobile marketing agency, and solo founders like Michael Conniff of The Accelerator podcast.


I do not just manage tasks. I build the infrastructure behind them: SOPs, Zapier automations, content pipelines, and tracking systems that run without constant input from you.
